Called the number provided for the store to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Directs me to a call center (weird) and schedules me for 5:00pm later that day to have work done. Get to the store, just to be told they cannot perform the work that day because they are backed up (which is fine), but it is a very poor business practice to schedule appointments without verifying that you are able to commit the appointment time for the customer. Mind you, I took time off of work to have the work done just for them to not be able to honor the appointment agreement I had made with their “call center” over the phone earlier that day. This location is fantastic! They have always been fair, kind, compassionate and professional. It’s nice to have a car place to go to where you don’t have to worry about getting screwed over. I also LOVE that a woman works there too! She’s fantastic and so caring! It definitely adds to my comfort being a non car savvy lady myself! Can’t say enough nice things about this location, they’ve come in clutch for us when it really mattered most!

My overall experience was great. The receipt is not written in a way that is easy to understand what I was exactly charged and for what. I was never told about a “Shop Supply Fee” which was $40. Other than that, my service was great, reliable and done in a timely manner. I will continue to take my car here for future services.

This place is great! They actually have decent folks that are honest working for them. No crazy lies to ding your wallet. All the prices are super fair and real!!!! Patty and Nathan are wonderful humans and both are so talented ots amazing !!! Definitely the go to car shop if you want honest hard working folks and want to be treated right !!!

Patti was so kind on the phone & in person and made everything super simple to understand, best experience I’ve ever had taking my car to a shop. The service was efficient, dropped my car off and picked it up within a few hours & the cost was reasonable. I will definitely come back & continue to recommend to friends & family
