Could not ask for a better service Technician than Mr. Lesser, was the guy during both visits during a 1 week period. 1st visit was for a pair of new tires & a free alignment check. It was recommended to replace the lower control arm/balljoint assembly before getting the front end wheel alignment for my truck which had loosness/free play to the steering system. On my 2nd visit, I came back for the alignment & decided to add an oil change. I decided it's definitely not broke with Mr. Lesser as my service technician & same with the CS rep at the service desk. They're honest & the front end was either fully fixed the 1st time or not at all.. I had the same 2 guys on both Visits.. Tire Choice Auto Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN On 1/23/26 I purchased what I believed was a new tire for my BMW, but later noticed the DOT number showed it was manufactured in 2022. This was not disclosed, yet the tire was sold at a premium price. Had I known it was an older new tire, I would have made a different decision. Service was quick, but transparency was lacking, there were no customer amenities in cold conditions and the restroom was unavailable for a long period of time occupied by an employee. I left feeling taken advantage of and unfortunately will not return to this location. Overall, the lack of transparency was disappointing, and I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

I went in specifically for rear brake change. I told them three times to please check the rear drum brakes. They insisted the rear brakes were fine, but I needed front brakes, (which I replaced three months prior) and 4 shocks…over $2000. It was clear they weren’t being truthful with me. They did not check the rear brakes. If they did, they would have found them to be completely shot, as shown in the photos. I paid for this “evaluation”. Rather than continue to be irritated, I paid for their “rear brake evaluation”, and left. Wasted a whole afternoon.

We was heading to Alabama when we got a flat they got us in right away and helped us so much! They were so kind to my almost 2 year old and my sweet pup! Definitely recommend them! Wish we had them in Alabama lol!

Not really impressed. Purchased one trailer tire. Thought it would be good to not wait and give them some time. 2 hours later at noon, still not done. Another 1:20 minutes after coming back an hour later still nothing. 3 hrs 20 for one tire. Staff is friendly and they did apologize. I probably should have gone somewhere else. After what I thought was enough time to get the tire complete, I was almost late for a birthday party. Glad that I did not bring my trailer for all new tires, I would probably still be in the parking lot waiting.
