Terrible experience. They changed my oil and told me to come back in a few days to have a censor changed. I scheduled a follow up appointment as they directed. I showed up and they refused to do the work. I asked what happened in 3 days. Just a bunch of excuses. They keep turning over managers at this location. This new guy Chris is rude, unprofessional in every way, and driving away longtime customers. Don’t waste your time.

This place is a lifesaver! Didn't see the gash (as pictured) in one of my passenger tires until it was too late, it was a Friday night and I had to drive to SC in the morning, thankfully Tire Choice was open and they got me in and out way faster than I expected! The gentleman Wesley was absolutely incredible and so kind - he turned a stressful situation into a very pleasant one! I felt like a nuisance dropping in without an appointment - especially on a Friday night, but I was treated quite the opposite, as Wesley and the team were very friendly and caring. I truly appreciate everything - highly recommend them and many thanks!!!

This was my second time at the Tire Choice Auto Service Center and it was a great experience. The fact that they were opened on a Sunday made the experience even better. While my car tire was being repaired, I had an insightful conversation with the gentleman at the desk, who was very professional and courteous from the beginning. I'd most definitely recommend this place!

Great, honest and fast service. I went in to get my brakes checked out and they quickly told me they were still good and were about to send me on my way. Since I was already there and appreciated their honesty and efficiency,bo elected to get an oil change, since I needed one. The cost of the oil change included a tire rotation. I was out of there less than an hour. I really commend this location and their staff for their honesty, integrity and friendliness. I appreciate they saved me time and money and they have gained my trust. I will be back for other auto repairs and maintenance.

This was the place for a thanksgiving miracle! I had a flat tire on the day before thanksgiving and it was changed to the doughnut spare and I went to spike and then I went to Mr. Tire trying to get it fixed and nobody had time and mr. Tire wanted me to leave my car all day. I stopped at tire choice looking for a Thanksgiving miracle and they were able to accommodate me! They just asked for the tire and then they called me and i went back and it was fixed and they put it back on my car. They were so nice and so helpful it was an awesome experience. Everybody was so nice! Thank you so much!!!!
