Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I hate writing bad reviews because I understand things happen. 1st I made an appointment for a tire rotation, balance, and front end alignment. I was called the day of my appointment when the shop stated their alignment tech wasn’t showing up. Fine, ok. We rescheduled for the next day. I dropped it off ant 8am and was told they would call me when it’s ready. There was no call. I came in at 10 after 6 and the gentleman said it was all ready. I asked him to confirm the services they provided and showed him the tires were not rotated. He elected to remove that charge. I asked him how do we know the alignment was done. He stated, I seen it myself. Fine, whatever. I paid for the alignment and I drove a mile and can tell the alignment was either not done, or not done properly because it still pu

The staff were very professional and helpful. I called around 10am and they had my tires delivered by 1. I was very happy they could get my tires in that fast. The price was high. I have looked the tires up online because I was planning to replace them anyway. I can get them for $325 online. But they charged me $420 each. I didn’t mind because I didn’t have time to wait. My only complaint is that when I asked for the price and they told me $420 I doubled it because I needed 2 tires and was expecting to pay $840. However the grand total was $972. So $132 dollars extra to have two tires mounted and balanced was more than I expected. I won’t go back. I needed my truck on the road that day and they got my tires. Sometimes you get ripped off on life.

They got us in when we were scheduled right on time. Little longer than they said but understandable because they were training a young man just getting into the mechanical trade. The four wheel alignment took as long as expected very good job.

I went to the garage with a flat - assuming it was a nail because it was a very slow leak. I was told that the tire needed to be replaced because of where the nail was - so of course I am at their mercy trusting what they say is true. So I agree to get 2 new tires because I was told you need to do that for balancing purposes. The manager seemed trustworthy so I made the decision to have them installed. Later that day I went online to just check the price of the tires at other places and the deal he gave me turned out to NOT be a deal at all. I was charged $161 for one tire and got the second one FREE - well not true the tire at 3 other tire centers was around $98 - so I went back to tell the manager this and he said there is nothing he can do because whatever the computer says is the pric

Matt was very helpful and engaged in all aspects of the service center. I received very competitive pricing on four new tires and a front end alignment. The work was completely in a timely fashion. Great experience! I would consider using for oil changes and brakes.
