The woman at the front was very nice and professional. Brought my truck in to have a screw removed and a tire patched. The price was reasonable. $25. Very confident that they did nothing. They just filled my tire up to 3 lb over recommended because 4 hours later I was back to a flat tire. Found the screw that I wanted removed still in the tire And there's no patch on the tire anywhere

Brought tire in with a visible screw and leaking air. Asked them to patch it and I’d be back later to get the truck. I got a call that said there were 3 screws in the tire and it couldn’t be patched, but that I needed to replace the tire. They also said my brakes were metal on metal, which I didn’t ask them to check. I had taken a picture of the screw the day before (attached) and my brakes were serviced by Gerald’s last year. I said, put the spare on and I’ll come get the truck. Took it to Gerald’s who patched the ONE screw and sent me on my way within 20 mins, no charge. I wouldn’t let Tire Choice wash my truck, let alone repair it.

Got 1 new tire and alignment for over $400; which is all good and well. But when I got my car back it smelled like someone had smoked in my car. I tried to brush it off, but it stunk horribly, then I look down at the driver side floor mat, and they had left the damn cigarette butt IN MY CAR! That is so disrespectful! My car still smells like smoke and it’s been 2 days. Will never go back there again!

Quote me one price on the phone when I get there it was different. I said I could get a better price of Gerald’s. They said you’re probably better off. Going to Gerald’s. I did appreciate the advice though. Don’t think I will ever go there again. then you call the one 800 number and they hang up on you so wow this company will not survive. They need to turn it around.

Called the day before to set an appointment and to make sure they had the right tire. Came in and the customer service was amazing! They made small talk and for just 1 tire they estimated a 15 min job, which felt like 5! Service was fast, will definitely be recommending family and friends. Kacey was the employee who helped me and she was so sweet and explained the whole process to me in terms I would understand.
