I had a great experience with the manager Joe at Tire Choice. From the moment I walked in, Joe was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and made sure I understood all my options. The service was quick and efficient, and you can tell Joe truly cares about customer satisfaction. It’s not easy finding honest and dependable service these days, but he definitely delivered. I highly recommend working with Joe if you want quality service and peace of mind.

I went there to get an oil change at tire alignment and an inspection. When they went to pull my truck from the parking spot into the garage the guy at the desk goes. Is that a belt squealing? I hear valve chatter that’s an exhaust leak like three very distinct different sounds. He’s making all those claims about a truck that is a year old. Then it was a cold day when it was pulled into the shop. The shop was heated, so some ice was melting off my truck and he tried to say oh I think you got a coolant leak. Then I was told I couldn’t get my inspection because my bumper was dented from hitting a deer still intact still firmly attached not torn ripped just bent. then, after that after I got home, I climbed under my truck to see if I had actually gotten an alignment, and the factory undercoat

Excellent service, got me in same day, friendly, helpful and even helped me with an issue that I didn’t realize I had. The only negative was not reaching people at the actual garage on the phone and speaking to people who didn’t know what they were talking about. People at the garage were great!

If you go here don't let Hunter wait on you. He gave me an appointment and never put it in the system or ordered the tires. Luckily Eric was there and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Eric and your coworker.

I'm only giving 1 star because I asked them to figure out why my windshield wipers come on randomly. All the guy wanted to do was argue with me about it. I drive my car every day, I ought to know what it's doing. So the mechanic says to me, (after he sits back in his chair and crosses his arms) "well put a different wiper module on there, I don't care) what kind of people does this company have working for them. Being rude to your customers isn't the way to go. I will NEVER take my car back there again. And only time will tell if they actually fixed my problem about jump starting my car.
