Had a screw in my tire, called and asked for the mobile unit to help! They drove out to my location, and got me back on the road in time for my job interview! Highly recommend!

Tire blew out while Doordashing on Superbowl Sunday.. I pulled off, ironically, at Jim's Tire City. They were closed. I attempted to put on my spare but couldn't get my wheel off. I contacted my insurance roadside assistance and was told it would be at least three hours until they could send someone out. So I settled down to wait... About an hour or so later, a gentleman approached my car and asked if I needed help. I told him what was going on and he told me he works at Jim's. He then proceeded to remove my wheel with ease and put the spare on!!!! Tim, you are a hero and made my week! I'll be in this week to purchase a couple of tires! Thank you so much.
