Tire Discounters

I visited this shop at 8:30 on Saturday and asked that they look at my driver rear tire which was leaking air. I requested that they either patch it up, or replace it. At 10:30 I was called and asked why I had dropped the car off. I repeated the issue about a leaking tire needed a patch or replacement. At 12:30 they called me and said the leak was so bad a patch would not suffice, and I needed a new tire. I okayed this process. At 2:15 my car was ready and I picked it up. When I got home I realized they had changed the wrong tire. My passenger rear tire was replaced, not my driver rear tire. Yet, the receipt I have says driver rear was changed, and each time I spoke to them I requested the driver rear be addressed. Also, I don't understand not only why my perfectly good tire was replac

!!!! Wow!!!!! Tire discounters is off the charts... aMaZiNg!!!! I had my BMW Roadster tires balanced two times in a row (days) at the local dealer and all I could hear were hermonic vibrations! Even at 25 mph. I went to Tire Discounters, told them about the issue, and the manager, Joseph, said to me, "bro, I got your back. To insure the most reliable tire balance for me, he even had the mechanic calibrate the balance machine for me, since it was late in the day. O my... this car drives like a dream now. When I left the BWM dealer, two times, last week, I felt like I was driving a Yugo that had not been balanced in 5 years! My car is so darn smooth now! Off the cHaRtS! We came in on a Saturday and they were slammed busy . Somehow they managed to fit my husband’s car and mine in for new tires and oil change. The customer service from the employees and especially the GM Joseph Craft was top notch. They were efficient and expedient . Good prices and excellent service. I cannot say enough positive things about Tire Discounters in Athens, AL. From the moment I walk in every time and have been going to them for years the staff are incredibly friendly, professional and attentive to all of their customers. The facility is spotless, and the waiting area comfortable with great amenities. I highly recommend this location for any car service needs.
