Tire Discounters

I arrived at TD at 7:45am for an 8:00am appointment. When I got inside as they opened for the day, Tim told me that he couldn’t find my appointment. This seemed very strange since I made an appointment with Tim over the phone earlier in the week for this very date and time. But, alas, he was unable to locate the appointment he had made in his computer, but he says he can work me in. Really?!? I would hope so since I did make an appointment. So, then he tells me that my vehicle is not in their system because 2025 models are not loaded into their system (2026 models are on the road now. Seriously?). So, he manually enters my vehicle into the system and takes my key at 8:16am. I ask him how long this is going to take, and he tells me about an hour. That would not be a problem, as I don’t have

So, so happy with the service and assistance that we received here! We were traveling from out of state and they were able to fix up our tire and get us back on the road in no time at all! Shawn got everything taken care of for us! He was awesome! Very helpful! I would highly recommend!

The customer service and compassion given by Shawn to every customer as we were in the store for 3 hours was more than commendable! I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm not sure how to explain what we witnessed from this young man and staff! If anymore information is needed please contact Shawn and if possible do something nice for the employees of this store!!!

$185 an hour labor rate in insane. Dude scheduled me yesterday and apparently we had some wires crossed over pricing, Josh was a nice person today had tech quote his take, which i could agree with, tried working with me on parts. But wow.... I could have bought top tier parts, pay a normally considered high priced shop to do the repairs and still save tons. Which is what i did, except paid less than 1/2 of their hourly rate elsewhere. Always been good for tires and alignments tho.

Coming from 500+ miles away and getting a flat was NOT the move. Luckily, Shawn at Tire Discounters was more than happy to help us out! In less than an hour he had our car fixed up and ready to go! Now we can safely drive home!
