Tire Discounters

I’m a 69-year-old female who knows nothing about cars. I randomly selected this Tire Discounters on S. Main as I was told one of my tires was starting to dry rot. The friendly professionals I met at this family-owned store—from the receptionist to the office manager to the mechanic to the general manager—might have literally saved my life. I had no idea two of my tires were so rickety they could have fallen off any day now. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your kind generosity and wish you and your families many beautiful blessings. I was very impressed not only by their cheerfulness and friendliness but by their excellent prices and service. The next time you’re looking for auto services, check out this place! They will definitely get my business going forward!

I have read a lot of comments that are below 4 stars that I cannot rationalize. This morning I’ve called them and asked for a not regular tire size for my BMW 650i. Jay was very knowledgeable about the topic and found the tires I needed. Ask for my preferences like budget, all season, etc. He selected a good tire and answered my questions about it with care. They ordered the tires for me since tires for my car are a bit hard to find and they didn’t had it in stock. He said we’ll have it here tomorrow but they got the tires in very fast. They called me back 5 hours later and I went to their place and my tires were replaced within 7 hours of calling them. Everything was smooth, even if I don’t know his name the mechanic who changed my tire informed me about how tpm sensors could still not

Called 6 or 7 other places in the area and had no luck with finding a replacement tire or any other options and TireDiscounters was the only place that really tried to help me. They didn’t have the tire I needed, but they patched my tire for me and did an amazing job. I was a walk-in and I was in and out before an hour passed. Very professional, very reasonable prices (only 40$!) and I would definitely recommend them. 10/10

I took my vehicle for an oil change and state inspection. $148.00 later, my Bluetooth was no longer set as well as Sirius radio. Needless to say, I’m very dissatisfied customer. I was a long time customer of Thompson Tire, but Tire Discounters is not the same at all. It will be my last visit there.

Kelly was super helpful! We were in from Louisiana and had a blow out. They accommodated us and stayed late to get us back on the road. Thomas did an amazing job getting our tires replaced and took extra care of our seats and inside of our motor home. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond!
