The staff here are wonderful, they’re knowledgeable about just about everything car related. They are kind, punctual, and respectful. They’re very thorough, but fair. They do not price gouge, and they will give you options based on what you can afford. I highly recommend coming to this place, I’ve been here twice now and I’ve had an excellent experience both times. Car expenses are unpredictable and the staff here understands that no one is made of money, and I appreciate their candour.

So far haven't even had the service and not excited by how I've been brushed off. I chose tire discounter because I was under the impression I could get all my work completed same day. I even opted to leave the vehicle overnight and day so that they could work at their convenience. But ultimately I will have to make another appointment and waste more time to get the one thing I really needed done and that is the oil. Then I was told they are booked a week out for an oil change and yet I can schedule the same day online. Not happy and won't recommend to anyone. Update no time for an oil change but you call and offer to do the brakes for additional $450.... lol no

Brought our Escalade in to have it aligned. Had made an appointment online. Ed wrote us up. They were done in 20 minutes. Everything was in spec, so they didn’t even charge us. How awesome is that? We will continue to bring all our vehicles to Ed and his team!

I had a damage rim heading to Cleveland and the help me out by fixing the rim and checking to make sure it was good to go. I appreciate the service and they did without charge me the emergency service. Very good people and will recommend that u go there. Great humor as well!

Fantastic tire shop - They are incredibly kind, helpful, and they've been top-notch for all of my tire services. From specialty fitment tires for my track car, to spare tires for my travel trailer. Ed is the man. Highly recommend!
