Jan 5 2025 this email was sent! Two weeks and still no word from the company! No apology or explanation! My name is Katherine Lowery I came into store 199 today at 11:30am requested to have the tires rotated “ mentioned “I bought my tires here” I asked to have the tire sensors checked and replace the bad ones! mentioned “the light was on.” And I also needed the oil changed. An hour or so later I was given 3 items recommendations for service. I refused service. My car was moved out front. I waited for paperwork to be finished, now there is a line behind me. I asked about the sensor and was told that they were all bad. As I’m handed my invoice. Very Confused that they were all bad, because I just had one replaced! I asked “did you replace them?” He said no… I asked why? We don’t have them h

From now on, this is the only place I will be going for car repairs and service. Not only are they reasonable and efficient, but they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I dropped my vehicle off one day and they stayed past their closing time to ensure that I got my vehicle back the same day. I also went again recently to get some brakes put on my car and within about an hour and half of dropping it off, it was ready to be picked up! The next day, they gave me a follow-up call to ensure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with their service. Been here for a new set of tires. Guys very knowledgeable and had great attitudes. I went when another oil company left off all my tire caps after checking my air next day one from being rushed. I will be going back to Tires Plus to get tires, oil, etc. Great team that are happy to help.

I came in a few weeks back to change my tire pressure sensors and I was told the service light would come off after driving it for a while. When it didn’t I came back and Gus took care of me. He identified the issue immediately and corrected the problem quickly. I was in and out quickly & the service light was gone instantly.
