Ronnie Reed & his employees were very kind, respectful, friendly and helpful to go ahead and put my 2 tires on even though I was early. I was grateful they said the 2 tires had dry-rot. So, it was good timing. Their alignment machine was broken so, Ronnie Reed gave me a major discount to take my Miata to the Snellville store to do the alignment right away, that day. Jonathan Clark at the Snellville store was able to help me get the tires aligned much faster than he thought it would take. I was a very happy and satisfied customer that day! I’m really irritated at the current status of my vehicle. It’s not fixed and it’s now day 2 at the end of the day. It was supposed to be a simple brake change after I spent 800+ dollars on new tires. When I went to check the truck the brake life monitor was disabled in an attempt to hide the service brake system error message. I feel like this was done deliberately. I appreciate the effort of Matthew and Brandon but the bottom line is my truck isn’t fixed with plans to pick up my children Sunday. I don’t trust that my vehicle is safe. Also, I’m expected to pay for the brake service. It’s at a discounted rate but It’s still not fixed I refuse to pay for something that’s not right. This is supposed to be a professional auto center. If negative could be placed here, I would!!! Came in for check engine light and my car was wrecked!!! Unacceptable and feels like no urgency on their part. Having my vehicle towed to Toyota asap for repairs! Not coming back ever!!!! Update.... It took nine days for me to get there insurance information I had to contact my own insurance and WSB-TV. Their insurance company reached out to me one time and they never spoke to me again! My insurance had to sue their insurance. I will never ever go back and may even have to take them to small claims because I did not get enough money to purchase another vehicle like mine.

Thank you to Brandon for being diligent in ensuring I received the parts needed to fix my truck. Thank you Ah’nyri for always being sweet and remembering my face and name anytime I came into the shop. Thank you to the manager as well and anyone that helped with my repairs. Everyone has been very professional and helpful.

I thought all it was lost today until I walked in to Tire Discounters and met Ronnie. From the start Ronnie assured me today was going to be a good day and by all means let me tell you it was. Ronnie and his crew took such good care of my car and time they have customer for life!! I am going to refer everyone I know to come see Ronnie when they need tires!
