Tire Express

I read some of the reviews the young man that helped me on the side of the road when I didn't have a lug wrench and hit something in the road and blew tire, he made a uturn came back and jumped out and helped me get going and did not ask for money and refused money. He he said he is the new owner of that shop. I didn't get his wife or girlfriend's name and I apologize to both of them but if they but their help save me a lot of money, and they did not want to take any money. He shook my hand asked me if I'd be okay. and when went to his vehicle . I asked for his girlfriend to please take the money she eventually did they waived and drove off and told me to be careful. I was on my way to Gainesville, Georgia, from Augusta, Georgia, anytime I come through by his shop, I will definitely stop

place has new owners now and there amazing they go above and beyond everytime i go there for a tire or any tire problem

Very poor customer service. My credit card was charged $954.77 for one used tire. Had to wait 2 hours before someone who spoke English could reverse the charge on my card. Tire pressure light came on same day. Looked at the tire I just purchased and it was cut up. I was told it was my responsibility to look at the tire before I left the shop. So now I have to come out my pocket AGAIN to buy a tire from a different establishment.

I went to go get a tire and the person who was working supposedly brought out a new tire for me. The tire was dirty, it looked worn, and the inner lining of the tire looked worn as well. So, I asked questions about the tire, he gets upset and refused to service me (because I asked questions). I’ve been there several times and I’ve always had a pleasurable experience, but this time (with the new person) it was not so pleasant. So, if you go get a tire there, don’t ask any questions because apparently they don’t like for customers to do so. I’m editing this review in response to the “owner”. So, my husband came here and asked them to mount and balance 4 new tires for him. He said the vehicle was shaking pretty badly on his way home and he went elsewhere to have someone else check the balance, after not understanding why they were having such a hard time with the balancing, the other place broke the bead to start over. Come to find Tire Express left WATER in all 4 tires. I wouldn't trust them with a wheelbarrow wheel at this point!!!
