I’ve been a loyal customer of Tire Kingdom for years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Doral store on December 22, 2025, was extremely disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my experience. I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment for a tire rotation, balancing, alignment, and the replacement of three tire pressure monitors. Sadly, the service I received was far below the standard I’ve come to expect: 1. Improper Tire Rotation: The tire rotation was done incorrectly. Instead of simply swapping the rear tires to the front and vice versa, the tires were moved to completely different sides, which is not how it should be done. 2. Great experience, My tires are all good to go for rough roads, they balance my tires better than expected. My pedal feels stronger and healthier. Pretty sure I'll recommended to my friends and family. The staff is really professional and well behave. Just posting a couple of things these guys do not only tires. The representative Luis was a great help. Its also affordable and not excessively high.

Welcoming and down to earth individuals. Very kind and patient employees. Specifically the male mechanic named Casey, whom was incredible and offered me the fastest, safest, most affordable solution, so I could get along with the rest of my day stress free and study for my Promotional EXAM.

I had a very tight window to get 4 tires changed on a Sunday. Lance and his team helped me out big time. They got everything done with time to spare. Highly recommend!!! Great work and great service.

I’ve been coming to Tire Kingdom in Doral for the last two years and they never disappoint. I just got a new set of tires installed here and the whole team, especially Lance, was incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through all the available options that would work best for my car, explaining everything clearly without any pressure. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and solid work. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing tires or auto services!
