I had the most amazing experience at Tired Kingdom. The service was incredibly fast, they got my tires changed, oil changed, and even installed a new axle in no time. But what really stood out was the kindness and honesty of Alan and Erick. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and treated me like family from the moment I walked in.It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine care, but Tired Kingdom has all of that and more. I had a wonderful experience at this Tire Kingdom. I came in just an hour before closing and they were able to see me right away and were able to change both my rotors and brake pads in less than an hour. John and Eric were so kind at the front desk and explained the process and what was essential to get done which I appreciated and made me feel seen and heard. Gibson was incredibly fast and diligent even seeing that I was low on water for my windshield wipers and taking the time to fill it up for me without me even asking, so sweet! Incredible service and not badly priced as I called multiple other places in the area. Would definitely come back!

Recently went to Tire Kingdom at the North Miami Beach location to service my 2014 Buick Enclave. Came in for some concerns about the fuel system and was advised by Allan of other concerns involving the suspension. I have been to this location a few times and have always had the Most amazing customer service experience. Allan was able to confirm What I needed, and I even got the breakdown of what was wrong with the car from the technician, Alejandro. Alejandro explained the need for the components and how they worked and I was able to confirm the service and get it done quickly and efficiently. To be honest, the team there does a great job from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. I definitely recommend them and will be back for any other automotive needs.

My experience was amazing, I was in Florida for my birthday celebration and as we were enjoying the days I started to notice my left front end was making noses. I looked at my front driver tire and it was bald on the inside but perfect on the outside so instantly I was like yeah I have to get a tire before I leave so as I’m heading out I ran across Tire Kingdom where the customer service was AMAZING, the waiting area was welcoming they have vending machines and coffee, water, and juice while you wait. The guys were TOP TIER as they were taking off the driver tire they notice there was damage to all of my tires so I told them to give me 4 brand new & on the behalf of TireKingdom they blessed me. In real life. I appreciate you all for what you done.
