Tire Kingdom

Got another flat time today. It’s a Sunday! Lucky for me I went to Tire Kingdom and Geoffrey and his tech took care of it. I waited about an hour as the shop was busy. By the way, this shop’s bathroom is clean. The staff are pleasant. It’s a blessing that my tire is good to go!

I had a bad experience at another location, 2301 n federal highway, Pompano Beach, where a representative flat out told me that I shouldn't have brought cheap tires because I was complaining about the frequency of my tires going bad. I responded with, I'm not a tire expert I thought that was the company position to inform customer on the differences between one brand from the next. Customers depends on the representative to be somewhat informed about the product that you sell. Moving forward I went to the 610 E Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park location and met a representative named Reggie. He single handedly changed my opinion on the brand of Tire Kingdom, not only did I come in not too far from closing, he was more than happy to accommodate me excellent customer service. I came in with

Reggie was awesome and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The entire team worked quickly and efficiently, and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I didn’t feel rushed, but I also didn’t feel like my time was wasted. Overall, it was a smooth, professional experience, and I really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was. Great job

Reggie was awesome with his recommendations for our tires and was super quick repairing our nail in the tire. He also was great showing we needed to replace our brake pads which we knew were old. Very trustworthy and that’s worth a lot!!
