This place look like can be busier, although I love is not some time . The one on one is better than when you go to another location they really take care of you and don’t do anything else you really needed. The service girl have Grown on me she is awesome, smart on mechanical and do her own car work plus’s she is beautiful all the guys respect her and she do very well with everything. Love when she is there . Everyone know me 🥰🥰🥰 Javier is the only mechanic that touch my 2006 G35 original no one else. I keep every 3,000 miles oil change. Rotation and alignment. ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday my tire went flat and I went to Tire Kingdom at 12051 S. Orange Blossom Trail expecting professional service from supposed specialists. The person who helped me gave me terrible service from the start. He barely checked my tire, quickly said the issue was the valve, and since I trusted their expertise, I paid for the repair he recommended. This morning, when I went to use my car, the tire was completely flat again. I had to fill it with my portable machine just to be able to drive back. When I returned and explained what happened, the manager called me over and showed me a hole in the tire, something they noticed in less than two minutes. Clearly a different employee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Super Bowl Sunday Service! I took my car in on Super Bowl Sunday to get new tires installed, and the team finished everything before the big game — which was amazing! The pricing was great and they were very transparent throughout the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and keeping me informed. I really appreciated the efficiency and communication. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience with Jenn at Tire Kingdom this morning. I was getting ready to head back home to South Florida after spending the weekend in Orlando when I noticed two nails in my tire while gassing up. Needless to say, I was stressed. Although they weren’t able to patch the tire, Jenn and the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. She clearly explained my options and made sure I understood everything. Most importantly, they were able to put my spare on for me right away, so I could safely make the drive back home without worrying. I truly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness during what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you, Jenn, for making a stressful moment so much easier!
