I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. A huge shout-out to Assistant Manager Carey—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He explained everything clearly, offered the best options for my budget, and made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to both customer care and service excellence. The team worked efficiently, and my car was ready even sooner than expected. I left feeling confident, safe, and grateful. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom, especially if Carey is on duty. He’s a gem!

Tyler and Carey were friendly and professional as soon as I walked through the door. Even though I had made an appointment, Tyler shared that I would have to wait 1-1.5 hours. It was okay because of the way they greeted me upon entering the door. And I watched as Carey took care of the customer before me. The customer felt relief that he agreed with him after verifying the documentation he had brought in. They just made us feel comfortable with relief about our transactions. Those 2 young men are awesome customer service representatives.

Tyler and Casey’s customer service was Excellent!!! I arrived at tire Kingdom in Royal Palm with a flat tire on my lunch break. Casey greeted me and welcomed me into the store. He and Tyler work together as a great team by help me with tire pricing and also getting my tire replaced. These two gentlemen were very friendly, helpful and provided Excellent customer service. They were very professional and got the job done, timely manner. A special thank you to Tyler and Casey, You guys are awesome!

I brought my work/fleet vehicle to this location on Friday morning initially to just get a patch done on a tire that had a screw in it. It is now currently Sunday afternoon and my van is still not done. After finding out that my van was a fleet vehicle , all the sudden I'm getting 4 new tires(which honestly was COMPLETELY unnecessary) and a ton of other work that was sold to the fleet company as "necessary maintenance." Because I had the weekend off and it wasn't my money, I thought, "why not". I was told I would have the van back Friday around 7 pm. "Ok cool". 7 pm comes around and I hadn't received a call about the van so I called. I was told ," oh we have been meaning to call you, the van won't be done until tomorrow ". Ok cool. All day Saturday I was lied to and given the run around

I had a great experience with Carey & Jose. They explained to me what was causing my squeaking brakes and gave me every discount they could for my new brakes, rotors, and brake fluid flush. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need work done on my car.
