First, an accident happened around 12 am when I had a flat tire. I called a tow service and they directed me to this place. I am so glad that I ended up there! I called them in the morning and the employee who picked up the phone was very understanding and caring. He assured me that the work would be done fast and efficiently. When I came back in an hour, everything was taken care of. His name was Jamie. He definitely knows how to make a customer happy and how to provide high-quality service. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve given Tire Kingdom multiple chances, but the quality of service has continued to decline. The staff doesn’t seem to understand the difference between a light-duty and a heavy-duty truck, yet they still installed light-truck tires on a Ram 2500. Oil change visits often end with the oil-change light not being reset, and after purchasing four brand-new tires, the valve-stem caps weren’t even replaced. With issues like this becoming routine, I can’t trust them with our company fleet of 113 trucks anymore. I’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Stopped in to get a tire patched and I’m glad I did. Ruben took the time to inspect it closely and pointed out that my inner sidewall was badly worn and starting to grind up. That could’ve easily turned into a blowout. I really appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. They didn’t just patch it and send me on my way — they made sure I was safe. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Jamie and Zach. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. They explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in the service. Shoutout to Kam and his team for AMAZING customer service! 👏 Needed two tires replaced on my Lexus NX 350 and they handled everything fast—price match, ordering, and install within 24 hours. When a mistake was discovered, they owned it immediately and fixed it the very next day without hesitation.
