Honest review — excellent mechanic, but disappointing customer service. While traveling from Virginia, a lower control arm bolt came out on my vehicle, throwing the front end badly out of alignment and tearing chunks out of my tire. After several shops couldn’t accommodate my vehicle, I finally found Tire Kingdom in Sebring. I spoke with the service advisor that morning and limped the vehicle in that afternoon. The mechanic immediately put it on the rack, showed me the real issue, and explained that the bolt holding the control arm was almost completely out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help secure the part and make the car safe enough to drive again. I give him 5 stars for his thoroughness and integrity. This place is amazing! David the manager inside knows his stuff, straight to the point and I love that. Always a great conversation when I go. I couldn't have been treated better anywhere else. The staff outside in the bays are also a fantastic group of guys & gals. They take care of your car like its their own. Can't say enough positive things about this tire kingdom. Top notch place and service!!

I’ve always had great experiences at Tire Kingdom. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time. Chris consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and always does what he can to help. Today, Kevin worked on my car, and he was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. He even showed me the issue and was extremely thorough and patient. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure your car is safe. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending both Kevin and this location to everyone.

David and Lisa were amazing staff members to deal with. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and interactive with everyone that walked through the door to assist them best they can. The crew was very fast and efficient. The wait time for our service was good considering they were slammed all day long with services. I felt welcome and comfortable while visiting and will always be stopping by here for car service when in this area.

Wow, talk about a fantastic team! These guys "walked on water" to help us on our trip to The Keys. We almost didn't roll down to the shop. Our tires were locked up and smoking. Yes, it cost, but that's to be expected! They did a road test to ensure we were good-to-go, and brought the truck back to us with assurances we'd be fine. I was confident in their diagnosis.
