I am so impressed! I called shortly after the shop opened and asked if I could just walk in for a flat tire repair without an appointment, I was told it would’ve better to make an appointment just in case. I did so on the phone and drove right over… I was given an estimate of 45 mins but my car was in the cradle in 10. The customer service was excellent and the service guys were also… I strongly recommend

Wednesday I woke up to a flat tire. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only one, I was the 4th that morning. Thankfully they had me done and on my way to work in an hour! Very great service from Willie behind the desk today. Thank you be helpful NICE and fast in my time of need.
Stopped by Tire Kingdom thinking I was about to get hit with an upsell, but the team took great care of me. They checked the tire, explained everything clearly, and ended up plugging it for free. Really appreciated the honesty and the customer-first approach. Hard to find that these days. I’ll definitely be back.
