Rendol = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a tough weekend of hopping from oil shop to oil shop, I felt completely defeated—so much so that I almost gave up on getting my oil change done altogether. As I was walking out to my car, Rendol stopped me, introduced himself, and genuinely asked what service I needed. He exchanged numbers with me and said, “Go home, relax, and I’ll text you when it’s your turn.” That small act of kindness made a huge difference. I did exactly that, and when I came back, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. I finally had a moment to recalibrate, and the service experience was excellent. STAY AWAY! Damaged my vehicle and promised me reimbursement but never did. Awful service and Antonio the manager is a liar. I brought my car in about a month ago for new tires and brakes. When I came to pick up my car they assured me everything was perfect and I paid before seeing my car. They handed me the keys and I went to my car, immediately noticing the new tires were completely flat - how did they not notice this? It gets even better.. when I turned on my car the dash immediately lit up with sensor system malfunctions. I went back inside and informed the manager, Antonio, of these issues. He played dumb and acted like he knew nothing of the issues. He said they'd have it fixed quickly. I waited over an hour for Antonio to speak with me again and he let me know that the sensor malfu

Horrible experience. The damage property and try to lie about it. My wife took my truck in to have my tires installed on my truck. While she was there, she was called back to approve scratches on my rims. Confused, my wife went with the technician and saw large gashes in the gloss black rims. These gashes were not there to begin with. My wife calls me and notifies me and asked if I had pictures from when I last washed the truck, which was a week prior to having the new tires put on. I did and I sent them to here (she also took photos before in the parking lot). The employees were trying to play it off that the scratches were already there. When they were not. Michael was very polite and rescheduled my appointment for the following day with no problem. When I returned he was quick to get my vehicle in and Antonio did an amazing job installing four tires on my vehicle. Definitely recommend and the price was great for the tire size I needed
