I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I came in to replace a tire damaged by a curb. The first agent I spoke with was professional, but the rest of my visit felt like a series of predatory upselling attempts. After the inspection, I was told the damaged tire needed replacement and that no other parts were affected. I then approved the tire and other necessary services. After waiting over an hour, a second agent informed me they “found” a nail in a completely different tire (no proof was ever shown) and insisted it needed a full replacement—no patching possible. When I expressed concern about consistent expenses, he offered to patch it for $30. No matter the issue or small concern Raul has always been a great help. I can always count on them for the past three years to offer great service, the prices are reasonable and I get information about my car along the way. Brian was a huge help today also. I appreciate that as a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars.

I had a really great experience at Tire King, and Raul in particular was amazing. I originally came in because my back right tire kept showing low air pressure and I thought I might have a nail in it. Raul had my car assessed right away and they quickly discovered that it was actually a bubble in the tire. After taking a look at everything, they explained that it would be safest to replace all four tires rather than just the one with the bubble. Raul took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on without ever making me feel pressured. I had both of my kids with me, and Raul was incredibly accommodating and understanding about that. He made sure they got my car in right away and worked to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible

Awesome experience at Tire Kingdom. Had a blowout on a tire and needed a quick change at 7:30pm. Raul told me to come on in they will take care of it. Raul set me up with Jeremy and they got to work. I ended up changing all 4 tires in an hour and couldn’t be happier with the customer service, price and efficiency of everyone. Jeremy and Raul are the only two gentleman that I got names but it was a team effort and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tire Kingdom!

I came into Tire Kingdom already stressed, with my 4-year-old with me, expecting a long and complicated visit. Instead, Raul and Brian made the entire process incredibly easy and smooth. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, patient, and very professional. Honestly, it felt like walking into grandma’s house, except grandma was a mechanic. That’s how comfortable and taken care of we felt. They explained the alignment and tire balancing process clearly, kept everything moving efficiently, and made sure I understood what was being done. They also showed a lot of patience with my child, which meant a lot to me during a stressful day. My car drives great now, and the whole experience was way easier than I expected.
