Tire Max Total Car Care

I made an online appointment early Saturday morning for a front end alignment on my truck. I have had the truck for two years and have had alignment issues the entire time. The dealership where I purchased the truck has tried to align the front end four times and could not get it right. Charles, the technician at TireMax, nailed it. The truck drives great now. Austin, the store manager, and all of the guys there are great! Very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at TireMax in Stokesdale! I will be returning soon for some modifications to my truck. Highly recommend them.

To give a short story of how I chose Tire Max to service my truck. Initially I called and spoke with Austin he was very kind not pushy but very professional even with that I read the reviews here for others experience and I was a bit concerned about taking the risk. So I called Austin back to let him know how I felt about others experiences customers had there at the business. He was very understanding to how I felt and even expressed that he was a new manager at that location and he was working on making customers experience much better. The past 5 times we have been here have been terrible experiences. We had been using this Tire Max location for over 5 years and had always been very happy with their service. About a year ago I had a nail in my tire and had put my spare on to get there. They replaced the tire. When I picked up my Jeep Cherokee, the spare wasn't properly attached back under it and was swinging and we had to stop on the way home and attach it. Plus the air pressure was low in the new tire. Three times we have taken vehicles for simple oil changes, we made appointments the day before each time and dropped the cars off the night before the appointment. The vehicles were not ready at 5 pm on the day of the appointment. When we finally got them back, the oil change lights were not reset and there were no sticke

Came in for a tire balance service. The original shop I took my car to added all weights to the center of the rim. The preferred method it to add them to the inside and outside. I was in and out in less 40 minutes. The tech was very professional and informative. I won’t bother with other shops in the future.

Austin and his team were professional, on time and completed the needed maintenance as outlined. Car came back clean with no issues. 2nd car with these guys that everything went totally as planned... great job guys!
