This review is for the Tire Outlet at 10995 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Casey, Hector and the rest of the staff at this particular Tire Outlet are exemplary. I’ve been doing business with this shop since 2021 when I discovered this store. Since then, I have only used this location for any tire replacement and wheel/alignment needs. When Casey took over this location, not only did the service improve, but his and Hector’s willingness to answer questions and share their knowledge on the how’s and why’s of maintenance and repairs reaffirmed this is the only shop I need to go to in order to have peace of mind. Beyond my expectations, not only do they offer superior service but the energy inside this shop was unmatchable. I’d make my rating less if I could! I do not recommend this place for a tire change. I guess waiting 5 hours for a tire is normal at this place? Sat in the store for 3 hours. I’m a tech myself and if I didn’t have the tools to change a tire I’d be replaced same day. While expressing that 5 hours for ONE tire isn’t good the store manager and the assistant managers seemed unfazed. I’d recommend a whole new staff of techs that understand at the very least how to problem solve asap!!! I do not recommend this place at all and I can confidently say based off my experience I won’t be returning!

Casey the manager was Amazing. He got my tires to his store in an hour and them put on in like 45 minutes. I will highly recommend his particular location to all my friends and family in Jax. He has a fun attitude and was very accommodating to my needs. I had a great experience at this location.

This is the BEST place to come for all your auto needs they are very good at their services and are efficient. Kacy at the front desk is very helpful and nice especially when you don’t know exactly what you need. Highly recommend to come to this location.
