If you chat with them online, they are always quick to respond and very helpful. 2) Reasonable Prices. 3) I usually pick up my tires in Delaware rather than have them sent to me. Once I arrive, service is always quick. Very reasonable wait time to bring out the tires. AND they give a $40 discount if one picks them up rather than having them sent out.

Probably the tenth set of tires from Tire Rack in the past decade and they never fail. Always exactly what I ordered, no seconds, fast shipping, great communication and they've even called me directly if there was a problem. There's no else I trust to deliver my tires.

Needed a replacement for a 2019 Mercedes wheel that was bent. It was cheaper to buy all new wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Tire Rack assisted me in changing wheel size for a more comfortable ride. Even the Mercedes dealership was impressed after they installed them.

Real Review of a Terrible company, fraudulent salespeople, and deplorable customer service. I tried to purchase $2000 worth of tires, but their website couldn’t process the order. I spoke with an agent, who couldn't locate my order, was about to sell me incorrect specs, and eventually sent them to the wrong address. Their customer service claimed they couldn’t do anything. People at Tire Rack are incompetent and third-rate like their service and tech. AVOID!!
