Tire Shop Speed

On a Saturday evening we had a nail on the shoulder of one our tires and most places were already closed. We called Tire Shop & Wheels asked for the tire brand (Hankook) and size (215/55/16) and they had one in stock. We drove over and the crew immediately went to work to replace the tire for $65.00. Thank you for the great customer service.

Bought my 2023 Mercedes-Benz E350 for tire service. My OEM 19” wheel was undamaged before service and came back with a deep scrape on the machined face consistent with tire machine damage or an employee. I returned to the shop to address it. The front desk staff was rude, immediately denied any responsibility, refused to provide the manager's contacts, and told me he is on vacation. Very disappointing handling of property damage and customer service. They told me I’m the only one with a damaged wheel, but after reviewing the reviews here, it's not. So whatever the owner may or may not reply here - know that you could receive damages here.

Pure professionalism, incredible service with a team of dedicated men and women that really make this experience one of the greatest experience I receive on Staten Island ever in a tire shop.. Having multiple cars in my possession, For the last 25 years has always been a struggle with a good tire service on Staten Island. You must visit this place. You will not regret it.

They purposely slashed my tire because I didn’t buy a tire from them and said you bought it like that I think he got mad Because I didn’t pay $45 for my rim to be cleaned said it would leak if he didn’t clean it total bs scam tire shop. I came in January 21 around 4pm check the cameras you’ll see your employee slash it. Clean cut they think there slick

Did what needed to be done fast with no issues. Very clean place. Snacks. Coffee. TV to watch.
