Tire Tech Inc

I would not allow these people to plug a tire for me. One of their drivers cut me off, drove so dangerously he about blinded me with his high beams, almost put me off the road on the interstate. Disgraceful at best: way to advertise your business!

I had a slow leak due to a nail in one of my tires and on my lunch break they patched it up for me. Took them 45 minutes and I got to my meeting on time. They were very nice and I enjoyed talking to them while they worked. I really appreciate what they did and I recommend their services 100%. Plus, they have a very sweet dog there that came to say hello to me.

I blew out a tire on my trailer going east on I 10 and ended up on the Michigan St exit and I 10 in Mobile. I know nothing about Mobile. I had my new side by side on the trailer, my dog in the truck and a 1/8 tank of gas on a hot day at 2:00. I called tire tech and they had a technician was there in minutes after speaking with a the salesman Peyton. The tech brought 2 new trailer tires with him. I forgot to get the technician’s name but I appreciate him. Professional, fast, fair and friendly is how I’d describe tire tech. It’s not on the main drag for sure and looks to service mainly commercial vehicles but they got a residential customer here. I’ll be back. I got another vehicle that needs new shoes and it’s not very convenient for me being I live 25 miles away. Good guys!

Payton is FANTASTIC. My friends got a flat in the middle of the night, in 37* weather. They didn't have a spare and were low on funds so paying top dollar for a midnight service was not possible. Peyton went into the office at 1am and gave my friend and her boyfriend a warm place to stay for the night, worked hard to locate a tire that they could afford and gave them the best possible deal on a tire. This man had no clue who me or my friends were but went above and beyond to make sure they were safe, warm and could get home to Birmingham. This is the kind of service that you would expect from a small town shop back in the 60's not from a larger business in 2024. I would absolutely not recommend anyone else for your tire needs.
