I called this shop today to ask about getting help with a flat tire, before I could even finish explaining the situation, the man on the phone abruptly hung up on me. No questions, no guidance, no basic courtesy. I understand shops can be busy, but hanging up on a potential customer is unacceptable. I was hoping to support a local business, but after this interaction, I won’t be coming here for service. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way-unfortunately, I didn’t see either during my call.

Had a bad tire kept losing air I took it up there to have it inspected. Turned out j had a nail in my tire and they patched it up from the inside. They were reasonable no extra fees or unexpected charges like Walmart. Even tho they were extremely busy they still took the time to take care of me! Thank you Patrick for giving such great customer service and the gentleman that finished the process. Now I don't have to worry about a blowout or being stranded on the side of the highway!

I’ve bought tires here for years. Over the past few years the service has consistently declined. After today, I will take my business elsewhere. I can no longer recommend them to anyone. They are rude and inconvenienced by customers. Their prices are no longer competitive.

I can’t say enough about the guys that work here. They take excellent care of my family. They never make my daughter and I feel dumb and treat us with kindness, respect and dignity. I can’t thank them enough! Patrick, Josh, and Keith.

Stopped by for some quick air in my tires and Phelps and Johnny helped me. They were very kind and quick and I was in and out. Very thankful and will absolutely be back!
