Tire Warehouse

-5 star review given to this business. Would like to state the employees behind the counter are disorganized and lazy. I ordered two tires from a website that they represent to have tires ordered and installed from them. First appointment spoke to a gentle named Paul. He claimed he didn’t have record of order and that I need the key tool for my wheels. Went back home got the tool and returned with him saying he found the order and can’t replace only two tires even though the website they represent allows two tires to be ordered and paid for install. Fine we ordered another set of two tires and rescheduled. Showed up on the second scheduled time and a different employee behind counter states they have no record or can’t find the order and the only one who can is on vacation. He stated try

Had an appointment at 1200. I came in about 1145 they took the car right away and was out the door about 1215. Super fast, friendly and the waiting room was clean. Definitely recommend getting tires from them

I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.

Been coming for years, Paul is the manager and is fantastic. I will continue to come here however 6 months ago or so they outsourced to a call center in India and now every time I call I get someone who can barely speak English, make sure to dial ext 2 to talk to Paul or someone at the local location. Hard to understand how this is better in any way but unfortunately it's the world we live in now.

I’m not sure the name of the gentlemen that have helped me but the man at the counter quoted me 3 options for tires, put them on same day, took less than an hour for all 4 tires to get put on. Customer service was great, the people were nice and even helped me with a rebate for the brand of tires I chose. My car rides perfectly smooth now and had no issues. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Derry area to go to Tire Warehouse on Tsienneto Road
