Excellent service from start to finish! Tire Warehouse in Ludlow is my go to for tire needs for my vehicle. Hit a pothole and blew out my tire. Called to confirm that my tires were in stock. Great customer service - quick and helpful. Was pleased to learn that my tires were covered with the roadside insurance protection that I had purchased. What would have cost me $1200 was reduced to about $400. Had my car towed to them and left my keys in overnight dropbox. It was too dark to take pictures of my tire so they also did that for me too. My car was ready by early afternoon the following day!

A couple months ago I got an unexpected flat that Tire Warehouse repaired for me within the hour. I returned again this week after another, different tire, needed a flat repair. Again, so willing to help out immediately. I ended up just getting four new tires as they were needed soon anyway. Anthony was the person I dealt with both times, he was incredibly kind and professional. I would very much recommend this business.

They really are great there. I was in and out with 2 new tires in about 30 mins. The waiting area is also very warm, which I like. The front desk guy is the best. Very organized.

I made an appointment for 8am, waited for 90 minutes, called a switchboard and no one showed up to open the store. No employee showed up until 9:30am and several customers also waited but gave up before me. Disappointing.

Overall good place. Both people I talked to were knowledgeable. I wasn't forced or pressured into anything I didn't want. Prices were extremely fair. Only issue was their computer system said that they had the tire I was looking for and they couldn't find it so I had to get a "cheaper tire" Outside of that, good place.
