Setup an appointment online which was easy enough! showed up to figure out what my best options for a couple of tires would be which also went smoothly. The employee at the desk got me all setup with what I wanted and told me it would be about a 30 minute job. After about an hour and 15 minutes the man who helped me at the desk came into inform me that the technician working on my vehicle broke a lug nut along with the stud. he claimed this type of stuff happens and that I would have to get it fixed but that I had 4 out of 5 lug nuts remaining so I would be safe to drive (not true at all). Evidently the employee was just trying to cover his tracks for the inconvenience they caused me. The employees didn’t apologize or offer any type of compensation for the damage they caused. The most detailed and professional shop you can rely on. Rob and Tim are excellent and they took care of my situation with great care. Timing and execution of my situation was amazing and Christian jumped in and supported the crew with a friendly and professional manner. The whole staff worked as a well trained team. Price was impressive and better than expected. Please give these gentleman a chance to serve you. A little old school humor (Rob) and a well trained veteran professional (Tim) with a great customer service professional like (Christian) will make you a happy customer. Above and beyond helpful.

I can definitely say this is a great shop with awesome technicians. They helped me with a flat - turned out to be a sidewall puncture (nail still there). We were able to get away with just replacing the one tire, not all four. The tread was close enough. Any other shop would have charged me for all four. I went in expecting that. When I picked it up, I ended up having a long conversation with two of the techs about tire types and brands. Really nice, professional people. Told me to stop by anytime for free air. Thanks for being a great local shop!

Extremely happy with service . Had been driving around since last winter with a slow air leak in one of my tires . Last season, brought it to another place and they said they couldn’t find the reason for a leak . This year , after having the tires put on again , the same issue persisted ( winter tires) . Made an appointment and within 10 minutes the technician found a screw in my tire! No more having to air up the tire every few days so I was so very happy . Rob was friendly and got my car in first thing in the morning. He helped guide me through my options and even offered extended help after my full tire replacement, if any issues were to come up. Replacement was timely and I would definitely go back for any tire needs.
