I had a great experience here. I was looking for a place to tow my car to after a tire issue, and Nathan was super kind on the phone when I wasn’t sure about what time to schedule an appointment for since I had to wait for the tow. He told me not to worry and that he’d take care of us whenever we got there. As soon as I showed up, he remembered our earlier phone call before I even said anything, and he quickly diagnosed the issue with our tire. It had fallen off of the rim in our mini accident, and he promptly informed me that the tire was totally fine and just needed to be cleaned and remounted. Within 5-10 minutes, they finished up the work which was super quick. To my surprise, they also refused to accept payment for the help, which was super sweet of them and not necessary at all. Th

My husband and I were traveling and had a flat tire. Tire Warehouse was so accommodating. They didn’t keep us waiting, they were friendly and efficient, and were willing to service the car with us in it . My husband has mobility issues. They were courteous and went above and beyond what we would have expected. Finally, my husband was grateful and amazed that they torqued all the lug nuts on all of the tires. Now that my insurance company has labeled me not at fault I figured I’d share my awful experience with this place. I ordered tires online from a third party website and arrived on the date and time I had scheduled, early even. I was told I’d have to reschedule because I was supposed to call ahead so they could “get my tires ready”. Okay, that’s fine. I work in customer service and like to consider myself very patient and understanding in these matters. The next day I came in, 20 or so minutes early, dropped off my car and my girlfriend and I walked to Dunkin for some breakfast. We came back and sat in the lobby, and about 35 minutes after I drop my car off a rep comes out and told me they lost my tires. He said fedex must’ve delivered them to the wrong place.
