My tire was flat, and I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. My car was seen, the problem was fixed, and I was able to pick it up all within a few hours. The price was incredibly fair, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

James and his Team took care of me when the competitors right down the road (VeeEyePee) failed to do so, because of lack of a $15 spline bit… which were also sold on premises at the previous place, but were too lazy to walk over and obtain… I appreciate good customer service and no BS, that’s what I got, and will definitely return.

Went in early for an appointment yesterday, Manager was super friendly and I was able to get some price wiggle room too. Overall a very pleasant experience. My experience didn’t feel “scammy” at all like at a lot of other vehicle service places. New tires seem to be very nice.

Not sure how anyone could give this place more than 1 star. Search for tires on website, selected them, set up appointment for same day install. I know, I was surprised too, trust me. I get there, wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk, even though someone is sitting there and won’t acknowledge anyone is in the room. Then told they don’t have the tires, or any tires that will fit my truck at all. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Even better is the guy says it happens all the time.

I have been a regular to this location and was always satisfied. But this last visit was a total opposite. The guy that helped me at the counter was very unfriendly. There was no selection, he only wanted to sell me Goodyears. And while I waited almost 2 hours for them to replace my tires, with only 1 customer ahead of me. During that time, the unfriendly clerk went outside and started having a swearing fight with a co-worker/ employee. I will not be returning again.
