Tire Warehouse

I’ve never had a bad experience at tire warehouse until today. I started to pull into the lot and realized they hadn’t plowed. I got stuck at the entrance of the lot. The under carage of my car got ripped out. Then I go back to take a picture of the lot and the manager had called a plow. It was obvious the plow was called bc of the situation that had just happened with me. They were trying to cover their tracks. At this point the plow driver verbally assaulted me, talking in a sexual manner. He was also putting me down and saying derogatory things to me. Then tried to plow into my mother’s car. Crazy experience today, I’m still in complete shock. I wouldn’t want another female customer to come into contact with that plow driver. The manager was laughing the whole time and did nothing so he

I recently had four new tires installed and was pleased that they were able to take me right away. However. After the installation I noticed That my tire pressure light was on. I drove home and found my tire pressures were not correct. Not one tire had the correct pressure and they all were different. I’d expect that a business who focuses on tire installation would make sure the pressures were correct after installation.

We have bought tires at Tire Warehouse for years for both of our cars. In the past we have been able to buy one economy tire as needed. This time we only had the option of buying one premium tire for almost $400 or two economy tires for almost the same amount. Is this a new policy?

Terrible communication. Dropped my car off at 3pm for one tire to get replaced, place closes at 6. Called close to 6 and they said they hadn't got to it. Left my car there overnight so they could do it in the morning. Called around noon the next day and no one picked up/voicemail was full. Tried calling several times and being connected through - no luck. A contracted operator said he couldn't get ahold of anyone either and would have them call me back. Never got a call back. Had to have my husband bring me down later in the day, in person, just to get an update on my car. Apparently it had been done and no one contacted me - half the weekend without a car and just waiting for someone to say it was ready.

When you get a flat tire it’s a pain. You have to get AAA to put the “donut” on it, then bring it to get the tire replaced. I took extra time to make an appointment to avoid the hassle of waiting. When I got there there was a note on the door stating appointments take priority. When I went in there were 5 guys waiting and an additional two customers standing at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes. Then a guy appeared behind the counter. I said hi there! Could I leave the car here I have an appointment? He told me he doesn’t work here but he used to. Then he yelled into the garage to get an employee. The guy never came. I went outside to find the guy and he didn’t speak. He was clearly overwhelmed with too much work. They were way over booked.
