Tire & Wheel Connection

Our experience was okay… at first we were greeted and asked what we could be helped with, which we had came in looking for wheels. When he had found them online, I asked if the gentleman could order them for me and he said “it’s an extra step for us, and cost the same if you order them yourselves and just bring them in so we can install them for you” which defeats the purpose of your job… to help people? I’ve worked retail for years, and have always been extremely open to helping people place online orders. Especially because I know there are people, like the elderly, that aren’t very tech savvy.

Fast, courteous service. Bought my vehicle without a wheel key from the dealer. Discount Tire gave me the run around in the phone saying I would need to buy new lugs from them. I stopped here on a whim - so glad I did. They handled rotate and balance and I didn’t have to buy new lugs. And they gave me a key. Won a customer for life.

I got a set of new wheels and tires mounted from another set of my wheels and then another set of “roller” tires mounted on those wheels. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. They got all that done while I had lunch and I feel that I got a very fair price for it all. They will continue to get my business.

I brought in one of our Jeeps this morning to have new wheels and tires mounted. Chad Green was very pleasant to work with and accommodating. The gentlemen that installed the tires was professional and went above and beyond to look at another problem I was having. Super happy with the results and I will be bringing in our other vehicles for future work. Two thumbs up!
