Shawn and the guys at tire and wheels pro go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied. This is by far the best wheel shop in Baton Rouge and in Louisiana far as I’m concerned. Thanks you guys for the best experience buying wheels and tires!

Took a little while longer than they said, but they definitely have fair prices, and they really do go above and beyond for customer service.

TWP is the only place I’ll ever use from here on out. They beat every price and had my truck ready in about an hour. Super friendly and they went above and beyond.

I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I'm a little upset at the Customer service. I understand running a business is hard, and you get overwhelmed with satisfying individuals at one time. In this example that wasn't the case. I pulled up at opening time, the doors were unlocked, and there was only me and one other person in the building at the time. After the individual in front of me took care of his business, I proceed to tell him my problem, he tells me to take a seat, and he'll be right with me. Time passes and I realized I've been sitting here for over 30min which is not bad if you had a waiting time, so I went outside to see how many vehicles were in the garage, and saw none. So I set for another 20 minutes and still no communication. So by now I'm frustrated, and I d
