I just had the best experience here. My wife got a flat tire on her car and unfortunately it wasn’t reparable. We had just bought brand new tires. I must of called 7 tire shops and they couldn’t get the specific tire I was looking for. It was when called Tire World and spoke to Anne. She was amazing! She immediately troubleshooted my situation and ordered the tire I needed. It arrived within 2 days and the installation process was smooth. I’m definitely coming back here for car services. Did I say that Anne was amazing! Great customer service. Oh, and they have free cookies :) and it’s a clean place.

Tire World had good prices and great service on my new tires. They were flexible scheduling an appointment and completed the job with great quality earlier than estimated. I will definitely be returning the next time I need new tires.

The manager John is fantastic. I had 4 new cooper tires put on my truck and I wanted them to test and check my balance after having them installed. He personally over saw the balance and showed me pictures of the results making me feel confident in their workmanship. The techs all did a great job as well. I recommend this tire shop if you want to get new tires on your vehicle. Also their price was the best in town so no need to shop around.

Went to every tire store in Frederick and it was problem after problem and people trying to upsell me like crazy. Not here, this is the only place in town that give fair prices and will get the work done quick with excellent quality and customer service. This will be the only place I buy tires from now on

The lifetime oil change deal has been great. They make it easy to schedule and the work is done quickly. They aren't pushing me for extra services each time which is always appreciated. The prices for the services I do need,to include new tires, is always extremely competitive.
