Tire X

I got four new tires on here today. I will say the customer service is second to none. Nick seems to genuinely care about the people that come in. One thing that I Really appreciate about this place as they even take it for a test drive when you’re done to make sure that the work is done properly. I do realize that it is still pretty soon and I won’t know if I have issues until later on. My experience today was awesome.

Nick acquired this business & quickly expanded services that are INCREDIBLE! Adding state inspections (& most all the corrective work on-site, if needed) is also a HUGE Benefit! We have been purchasing tires from Tire X for over 10 years. The service has always been great. The prices are always very reasonable. I have been recommending Tire X to family and friends when they express tire and service needs for their vehicles.

Called ad hoc for alignment. Nick said he could do it in 45min or so. Decided to go in and wait. His associate assessed that I actually needed alignment by driving the car first (thank you). As expected I did need alignment. Done in 30min. Than Nick drove it to make sure it drives as expected. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for automotive care. Thanks for taking care of the alignment for me on such a short notice.
