I brought my car in for work. Asked for my old parts back and guy that works there said I don't trust him and won't work on my car anymore. I have a right as a consumer to ask for my old parts. Bad business beware!!!

Very strict about their rules!! When they diagnosed my car and found issues with wheel hub and control arms I asked them if there is any way they can show me that these things are bad. They said its not in their policy to let me go inside. So they can't show me anything unfortunately. So I took their words asked for the repair price. I wanted to fix the issue from them as they already charged me $65 for the diagnosis and it goes towards this fix. The parts price was relatively high so I wanted to source it myself. I went to them on 8th day after the diagnosis with parts. They responded that initial $65 won't go towards the fix anymore as I didn't come within 7 days period. Its very frustrating to see they are willing to lose a customer for their such rules!
