John Culbreath was amazing. He was so kind and helpful in assisting all of my questions on how best to solve the problem I noticed on my tire. This is my second trip to this same shop and both visits I have been treated with kindness and respect. As a female, it was refreshing to have an honest helpful person at a tire shop. I highly recommend tires plus and John for anyone needing help with tires.

I've taken a few of my cars here several times and the service has always been pretty good. This last time though I was really impressed by the service. The guy named John took care of us and did a great job at making sure we got our car when we needed it and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We had to get a lot done so it was good to have someone helping us and actually caring about us and our vehicle. Much appreciated.

I had an excellent experience at Tires Plus. I went to get tires for my truck. John provided beyond excellent customer service. John order my tires for the next day and called me when they arrived. I went to have to have my tires put on after work. Thirty minutes later they were done. My tire sensors reprogrammed and I was ready to go. John explained all the details about my tire and asked me to call him the next day for my opinion on the tires. I did and thanked him for his Great Service! Thanks again John and the guys!

We had or tires replaced here about five years ago, so when we got a flat last week, we knew just where to go. While waiting, I was able to get some work done in the back area since they offer plenty of space with a counter to sit at and wifi. Sitting there, I was even able to look through the window into the bay and watch them with in my car. Both Robert and Justin were consistent and clear in communicating with us during this experience.
