Tires Plus

I was finally contacted by upper management at Tires Plus at the end of February 2026, and am happy to say that they resolved my complaint with a full refund. Even though this process took way too long to solve, I am satisfied with the resolution, and will continue to go to Tires Plus. I was reluctant to leave this review, because I was waiting to hear back from customer service, which I contacted 9 days ago. I was told that I would be contacted back within 2 business days. It's now been 8 business days, 12 total days, with no response. So, here's my review; After my most recent visit to Tires Plus, I reviewed my 2025 auto service records. I had an emergency that required my tires being replaced and I was in a time-crunch. Staff was fantastic and got me in and out quick. Vince was very accommodating. Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop

Just got some new boots for the truck today… everyone here was great! Service was professional and the turnaround time was incredibly reasonable. They treated me fair and friendly, and I will be a returning customer!

I came in to have a tire plugged, but they told me the solution was to buy a new tire and did not plug it. After I declined that recommendation, my tire was inflated far beyond the recommended pressure (it should be around 32 PSI, but it was filled much higher). When I declined the additional service, the person I spoke with seemed frustrated both on the phone and when I came to pick up my keys, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I later had the tire plugged elsewhere and it has been completely fine since. I didn’t feel safe driving away after my visit here and was really disappointed overall.

I've been coming here since I couldn't afford dealership service prices anymore, the staff has always been great. they walk me through repairs and any recommendations including manufacturer listen to concerns and the price is great. They usually have coupons or a deal of some kind all the time, and you can apply for the credit card if you need help right away. Friendly and clean waiting area also.
