Tires Plus

The service I have received from Tires Plus is excellent and customer service is awesome. They will take care of your vehicle and service needs. They will answer any questions or concerns you may have. The location that I get my best service from is the one on Peach Orchard Road.

They took me as a walk-in (as my appointment was slow processing through the network) and still got me out in a timely manner. Service was great, can feel the difference in my brakes, and the staff was friendly. Just need the computers to process appointments more quickly so the staff isn't caught off-guard--- my appointment popped up in the system AFTER I had already arrived for it.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon needed a valve stem for a tractor tire The gentleman working, the front was very friendly and helpful, came out to look at my tire. We found out the problem with something else that they did not carry the parts to fix, but he suggested a place that I could probably find it and if I could get it and brought it back to them, he would be glad to attempt to fix it. I’m not a customer of tires for us, but that experience a loan will make me definitely use them the next time I need to replace tire

They helped me very quickly and I loved the employees that helped me, Ziquan and a shorter AA man with a beard! They made my experience positive which is important to me.

Everyone was nice and courteous. The wait wasn't long. My car was serviced in a timely manner. Also waiting area was clean.
