I made a 1:00 PM appointment—and that part is important. I arrived about 30 minutes early, checked in, and then sat there watching my car remain untouched for nearly an hour. During that time, staff were walking around, eating lunch, and on their phones while my vehicle just sat in the same spot. Eventually, I had to ask a service team member what was going on and why my car hadn’t been touched. Only after I spoke up did someone finally move my car to the back. Despite having an appointment, I didn’t leave until after 3:00 PM. The services I came in for were an alignment and an oil change. I purchased the lifetime alignment package a few years ago at another location, and every time I try to use it, the visit somehow turns into a multi-hour ordeal. Went in for a tire replacement and ended up having other issues with my car regarding rotors, tire rods , and a dead battery. We ended up going with replacing the tire rods, battery, and tire replacement for both fronts. The estimate came up to about $1800. When the car was done, we came back to pick up the vehicle and they charge us $2600 along with replacing our rotors and front brakes, which we specifically did not ask to be done for us and they lied and said we approved it (which we clearly didn’t, bc we were going to have a friend replace them for cheaper and already bought the parts to do so). I had a very, very good experience at this location with Matt Best. I was at another business when I noticed I had a nail in my tire. Luckily, Tires Plus (Brandywine, MD) was directly across from this business and I walked over and spoke with Matt. He came to my vehicle, observed my tire, and explained that it couldn't be repaired due to where the nail was positioned. Thankfully, I had a full spare and he changed my tire. He got me in and out very quickly. :-) Matt provided the utmost professional customer service (which is hard to come by these days). I will be returning to see him again when it come time for me to purchase a new set of tires ... as Matt's last name says it all ... he's the "Best"!

Matthew and entire Tire Plus team was not only helpful with serving my vehicle, but also very insightful on the make, model, and long term driving effects on my vehicle. Great team and service- would highly recommend.

OK. So I dropped my car off at 9:30am just to have an estimate done on replacing tire pressure sensors. I called back at 12:30pm to see if they had an estimate. I was left on hold by Matt for 20 min. I hung up and called back and Larry answered the phone and said they were supposedly pulling my car in the garage bay and it would be ready in an hour. I called back at 3:00pm Larry answered and said they haven't had a chance to look at it because they were behind.
