Tires Plus

Purchased a lifetime wheel alignment warranty due to it being more affordable than the BMW dealership. This was first time having my vehicle serviced by this location and I had the worst experience. First I was told that the service would take no more than 2-2:30 hours but it took 4 hours. In addition, one of the staff members advised that only one team member was somewhat trained to perform a wheel alignment on a 2023 BMW X4 M40i and they were servicing another vehicle so I had to wait. Keep in mind I had an appointment thus, they were well aware of the type of vehicle I drive but failed to staff appropriately based on the expertise needed. Four hours later watching staff members dance to music blasting as opposed to focusing on servicing customers vehicles, I left with my alignment worse

I had a flat tire and they were able to get me in right away. Had what I needed in stock for a reasonable price. They were also able to do an oil change while I was there. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The guy who helped me was very friendly and honest.

My Tesla had a nail in the tire and the pressure showed 20 psi. I tried to find a way to get the tire fixed via the Tesla app but they led to a new tire. Next I tried the roadside assistance option and the person at the Tesla end immediately quoted 400$ to replace the tire even though I asserted I wanted a patch for a small nail in the middle of the flat part of the tire. Mavis tire refused to patch it due to the insulated tire. I finally called Tires Plus as I had read on the web that someone had their Tesla tire repaired at another Tire Plus. Ms Mona answered and told me that they can repair the tire and the cost was 21$! I couldn’t believe it - she didn’t try to upsell a tire at least on the phone. Normally, I've had a good experience with this shop but this last experience was highly frustrating and the woman who identified herself as the manager was rudely, unapologetic in all the BS I encountered from their poor communication. I came in after running over a very hard object on the highway. I had run-flat tires on the car, which apparently took significant damage. Two tires had to be replaced. I accepted that with no arguments. After I paid for the replacement of the new tires, I left the shop. Immediately, the tire sensors were beeping loudly. I came back in and spoke to one of the technicians. He said, I don't know about Lexus cars, maybe you need to drive it around some more. I didn't accept that since I've had plenty of tire changes and never left the shop with sensors alarming
