Had a flat tire at 6:30pm and called Tire Plus since they closed at 7. They told me to come in and waited for me. Super helpful, quick, and such a relief—especially since I had my daughter with me. So grateful. Highly recommend!
Honestly, this is my second time here and every time I come I feel like I’m welcomed. It feels like a Neighbourhood store they help everybody with their tire pressures driving by. They seem genuine, honest, hard-working people respect Thanks to Jeff Danny
I'm never going back to this place. It's a shame they try to charge you for a service and then tell you they did it, but it wasn't true. Luckily, I had my tires marked, and I realized they hadn't rotated them. I recommend marking your tires. The employee at Front Desk didn't know what to say; they just asked me to bring the vehicle back in so they could do the rotation. What a crazy situation.
Gotta was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, very professional and reassuring. I went in with a flat tire and as a woman I was on the verge of a mental breakdown but his upbeat personality calmed me down quickly. He was able to make me laugh and provided me reassurance that I was in great hands! He is the REASON why I will continue to be a LOYAL customer! Fast service, great staff, clean store and again GOTTA made my visit absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend this shop!! He is truly an GREAT asset to this company!
$41.04 to fill my girlfriends car with 0.5 quart of coolant?? The guys to I dealt with were great, but the company itself should be ashamed of themselves. No better way to start my week off than to get robbed at 7am
