Tires Plus

This store is really consistent with their service. We had a little hiccup last week, but Bob made it right. I love this store. I’ve been going to them over a good 15 maybe 20 years.

Was in town from NJ and realized that if I didn’t get tires for my Suburban ASAP, I might not make it back home. Bob made it happen very quickly and for a great price. Walked in at 7:30am and had my truck back with 4 brand new tires by noon. Bob was very friendly too! I can’t thank him and his team enough. See the before and after photos! Highly recommend this location.

It would not be fair to the company to say that Tires plus is the problem. I’m more concerned about the integrity of the mechanics at this Fairburn Rd. Location SPECIFICALLY. I asked that my car be inspected prior to a road trip to avoid any delays during my travel. The inspection was $10. Prior to my request for an inspection, there were no indicators that my car needed servicing other than needing to put air in a tire. This is why I chose tires plus. Upon inspection, $1700 worth of work was recommended. I paid for the $1700 worth of work. Immediately following the stores recommendations, my engine is now shaking. I am bringing my car to be inspected by another location because I’m not understanding why I’m having issues after following the recommended services. Please see attached reco

First time going to tire plus associate Isiah was amazing very informative polite and great customer service oil change was not to long I recommend tires plus if u would like great and friendly customer service and quality service

I have been coming to the Douglasville location for 10 years. They do great work and everyone is kind and helpful. Shout out to Bob who has helped me on more than one occasion when I had an unexpected issue
