I came back in to say I went back a 2nd time and the experience was as good as the 1st time. Shout out to Erin and Mallory! (Sorry if I spelled your names wrong) They both made me feel so welcome and Erin went out of her way to make sure she kept me as a customer seeing the bad experience I had with a previous store. The mechanics did a fantastic job 2nd go round as well! I originally took my car to Tires Plus on Washington Road near Bobby Jones Expressway. My brakes were squeaking horribly after being completely replaced. I took it to them twice and they told me nothing was wrong with them. So I videoed the sound and went to this Tires Plus in Evans. They ended up having to replace all of my brakes and rotors to fix the problem that the other store could not figure out. I was very very

The service was super quick, and the staff was professional and easy to talk to.A special thanks for letting me know about the discounts they had available. Exceptional customer service every time I take my wife's car or my truck for service and maintenance. Wait time was reasonable and so was the cost of an oil change with rotating tires. I will continue to bring all my family vehicles to this shop.

Kate is the best part of this location. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with any needs I have for my cars. I came for warranty work the first time, I will continue to come back for all of my auto needs as long as Kate is here. They are inexpensive, knowledgeable and willing to do what they can to help!
