Tires Plus

Made appointment to rotate tires, gave them my truck year, make, and model, and they said ok and scheduled. Had to take my plow off then they said they couldn't fit my truck on lift but as I left they pulled in a 3500 ram which is larger and heavier. If you dont want to do it dont schedule and waste my time, especially when prepping for a major snow storm

I had a great experience at Tires Plus getting my oil changed. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Edwin Quiroz was especially helpful! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend asking for Edwin if you’re there.

STAY AWAY! So I went in to get a tire plugged due to me paying the extra money for the warranty and I was told that the two tires that I have in the back were not under warranty but the front two were. I purchased all four of my tires from the place. I asked the guy why would I get a warranty on two tires and not the other two tires? And his reply was "I don't know why would you?" This all stems from when I had purchased two tires from them a while back and decided on not getting them and they could not get me my return of money until a certain manager was back from vacation. This place has 3 stars service/reviews for a reason. Do not come here, you will regret it. Shady,nasty,rude,unprofessional business.

I went to Tires Plus to get two tires changed. I dropped my car off before 9 AM and was told it would be done within 2 hours. I went and walked around the nearby Mosaic District and came back around 11:30 to watch them finally take my car back into the shop. I asked how much longer it would be and the guy at the front desk told me about 40 minutes (which I knew was a lie). About 45 minutes later, the guy working on my car said he couldn't find my wheel lock, which means he hadn't started any work on my car yet. Despite being very easy to find, I went to my car to take out my wheel lock and handed it to the mechanic. Another 50 minutes passes and I still haven't heard a thing on the status of my car despite being the only person in the waiting area. Another hour passes and finally they say

I had a customer called me for tire change and it was very cold. I am a roadside technician assistance helping people to get back on the road asap. My customer needs a new tire change and I called two different tires shops for a better service and price. Tires plus was the place that gives me the best deal for my customer needs . I was very happy with their product and service. I highly recommend them.
